Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed received by noon PST, Monday – Friday are shipped same day. We use UPS Ground on orders with free shipping.
If at any time we are experiencing a high volume of orders that could cause a delay, we will contact you by email immediately. We know that timing is everything when you want to start treatment for head, neck, or jaw pain.

We can ship UPS Ground to to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO at no extra charge.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orofacial Therapeutics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Orofacial Therapeutics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
